Welcome! This library is a collection of therapeutic exercises grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based approaches. Each exercise maps to one or more of the six core ACT processes shown in the hexaflex below.

How to use it: Click any process on the hexaflex or use the category filters to narrow exercises by theme. You can also search by keyword. Click an exercise card to open it and follow the step-by-step instructions, use the built-in timer for timed practices, and jot down reflections as you go.

Between sessions: Feel free to revisit any exercises we've explored together, or try new ones that catch your eye. There's no wrong way to engage — the goal is simply to practice noticing, opening up, and moving toward what matters to you.
